Serving
the Latin America VSAT market, Gilat Florida needed a strong
multilingual Internet presence. InterVision worked closely
with this client to create a presence that went beyond "brochure-ware"
and offered real value to the Gilat Florida VSAT
distributors.

When
a consortium of companies got together to offer a fast and
comprehensive service for the distribution industry, they turned
to InterVision for a fast implementation of a website.
They
wanted and got a professionally designed site that delivers the
prospects to their service.
Using
an internally developed methodology, InterVision trained 13 internal
Department Coordinators on using Microsoft FrontPage to maintain and
update their local Intranet.
The Atlanta manufacturer of gravity conveyor products
approached InterVision with the need to develop a Web site to generate global awareness of their products.
InterVision was also contracted to revamp their
entire I/S strategy and install a new network with a full time connection into the Internet.
On July 1st 1997, GE Spacenet completed the acquisition
of AT&T Tridom and AT&T Vistacast Service. Our job was to transition three WEB Sites (Spacent,
Tridom, Vistacast) into one.
Our team successfully transitioned the site in a
month and a half. Maintenance for the site is handled through InterVision.
On
January 1st 1999, Gilat completed the acquisition of GE
Spacenet. Our team again transitioned the site to Gilat
Spacenet.
We served as the Project Manager for the development
and ongoing maintenance of the AT&T Tridom WEB Site. InterVision lead a team of programmers, designers, writers,
and computer artists to create this site's content.

The Peach State
IT company serves as one of the
leading integrators of Material Handling Systems for Distribution Centers and Warehouses in the Southeast.
PSIT
has contracted InterVision to manage their Intra, Extra, and
Internet presence. Their Intranet displays web
objects generated from Microsoft Exchange 2000 and features a
streaming media server with video content from the President to
Department Managers.
Ceco Building Systems is a $150 million/year building
supply company headquarted in Columbus Mississippi. The objective for this project was to simply make it easier for independent
Architects to
specify Ceco product.
Ultimately this will translate into increased sales.
Our deliverable was a CD with a Visual Basic front end to a database of hundreds of CAD drawings.
Update: Over 3000 copies of Version 1.0 of this CD have been given out. Due
to the success of this project, Version 2.0 has been developed and 2000 more CD's have been created.
The Latin American Consumer Bank of Citibanking
Sales and Service hired our firm to work with a small team which assembled and wrote a RFP for a multimedia Computer
Based Training (CBT) program.
Rapid growth presented a challenge for The Home
Depot's Logistics department InterVision was brought in to help create a prototype of a Visual Basic application
to streamlined the flow of information to the Logistics personnel and use Decision Support Technologies to assist
with tough decisions.
As one of the world's largest Engineering/Construction
companies, Fluor Daniel brought us in as an outside resources to write helpfiles and develop an interactive CD
ROM Multimedia training course for a suite of their Client Server applications. The project lasted for a year and
a half.
AT&T Tridom contracted InterVision to build
the initial site for one of their user groups - Federal Government Distrance Learning Association.
Update: After a successful launch, development has been turned over to the
end user.
